Bioenergy has become a traditional topic to be descussed on the events organized by LesPromInform. The first Round Table covering this issue was held by the editorial board in 2008 in Moscow; it was called "Use of felling debris, non-liquid wood, lumber and woodworking waste for heat and electrical energy". Later on in 2011 the conference "Pellets, briquettes, wood chips and waste wood - production, supply, financing, and technology" was co-organized by LesPromInform and IAA Infobio. Finally in 2014 the conference "Usage of off products in timber industry and decentralized energetics. Increase of production effectiveness" was held in Krasnoyarsk. For several times LesPromInform has supported biofuel measures, initiated by IAA Infobio. Having has such a great experience in biofuel events, LesPromInform has decided to support a Round Table "Bioenergy Based on Wood" in Yekaterinburg.
